Hi,

Im about to repaint my steering rack but was wondering what was the original factory colour scheme?
Where the alloy mounting housings(the rubber boots attach to) at ends of the centre tube painted black like the tube on a LH SLR ?
Or was it left unpainted and did it differ to other models like LX & UC?
