i have a lx torana with a 253 in it can i use normal hz exctractors?
do lx toranas need exctractors to a normal hz

No. Torana's are much tighter clearances, i.e. read next to none.

also my sister has a v6 commodore in an lc and the heater box doesnt fit are
there any different under bonnet heater boxes that may fit.

in response to ur question, yes there are other things u can do, like buy smaller heating units, i think u can get them off ebay, not cheap though, or buy 2 12volt hairdryers and mount them under the dash.;
