Just wondering what model Crane HI6 is best to suit a Holden 6 with a VK electronic dizzy. There seems to be a few variants but not sure which is best to suit this dizzy set up.

Just another quick one, I curently have a points dizzy converted to electronic with a bosch module bolted to inner guard, could the HI6 be wired into this system or would I have to use the VK dizzy as previously asked in above question? Any help appreciated.

hi6 should have a wire for points ignitons.
the bosch module would be bypassed eather way.
prolly best off going a vk dizzy, so long as its only a mild motor.

Use a plain old HI6. Will do the job perfectly.
Use the VK dizzy as it has the magnetic pickup. Can't see what power levels has to do with using a vk dizzy.
If you use the converted points dizzy, i pretty sure you still need to use the module to get the pickup to work. Not 100% sure on that but.
Always where you can, use a mag pickup to fire a CDI.
