Just wondering if any1 is interested in a cruise to the state
of Canberra???. The venue is Marques in the Park & it caters
for hundreds of cars & peeps, it takes place on the 25/11/2007
and we would have to leave Leo's diner at 5:00AM to 5:30AM
to be in Canberra by 9:00AM. There is no cost in entering this
car show only your time & effort to get there. So there if no 1
goes i will travel by myself & i am use doing that (my job).

Yep I could be up for that.. I could join the cruise on the Hume near Moss Vale. I could also take the car back and show the previous owner all my handy work. The car should be reliable by then.. I am still ironing out some minor bugs... legacy of sitting for 5 years... 
This will be my Hatchback's first public showing
It would be to hard to get the race torrie out, as I am in the middle of a end of season maintenance... engine out etc...

Most of us Canberra boys will be there. It is a good show, last yeard around 300 cars. We always set up a BBQ and make the most of the day.

Yes unreg cars can be towed there and displayed. A small number of purpose built race cars are usually on show.
Cars being restored and cars that are going to be restored (rusting hulks) are also there.
The major thing not wanted there are hoons doing grass burnouts etc

Sadly the Torry will be off the road for some time yet.
Its a quiet relaxed day and a good chance to meet up with friends one may not have seen for a while.

Yes well its been over a year since we last
talked to each other in person & i cannot
wait till that comes. As its only 2 weeks away
from today and bugger me i'd better get the
Torana registered this week & start to clean
her up ready.

im towing through to brisbane to make it on the 1st of december so this would
a good break inh my journey !!
a little out the way but probably worth it ..
it would be good to take smokem off the trailer for the day
and break up a big trip
