I spoke to makka tonight. He has just moved to Melbourne and cant access the internet at his new place yet. He is heading back to Bendigo on the weekend to fix his Uni's and hopefully bring his car back to Melbourne... But who knows what dirty tricks he has planned! But he is now a poor first year apprentice! So i hope he has saved up some money to spend on the torana!!!

Well if you start putting things back together rather than pulling things apart....................that would help!Lot of people out there must not have much faith in me!
The engine bay can be done in a weekend after the rest.
I can see a "handbag" heading your way

Next time you spray try opening the fan on your gun up more, increase the air pressure, and thin the paint more. Usualy with acrylic i spray the first few coats with 100-120% thinners, untill you cant see through it. Then sneak in more thinners, do another coat with around 150%, then when your happy do a final coat with around 200%, big fan, and move the gun a bit faster. You will be amazed how it will come up man. Also make sure you get a 50% overlap on each pass through all the coats.
Cheers.
