As it appears I'm delivering an engine to Canberra on Sat Feb 18, the question remains. Does any one else need transporation of goods from Melb - Canberra or return? This delivery should be confirmed within 24 hours, so place your requests early to ensure your delivery occurs.

I'll probably be arriving in Canberra between noon and 2 PM. Will be returning to Melbourne shortly after. It's a 1300+KM return trip, so I don't want to waste too much time doing nothing. Imagine how many posts you can make whilst I'm away from a computer for 12 hours. I'll never be able to catch you then! :D

Just when we thoght we had it all figured out...

Slight change of plan.

It would be a lot easier for me to pick up the motor from Seymour around 8 PM on the Friday night if possible.

P.S. Just don't send out the RSPCA and I'll be fine.

I will check with the guy and get back to you via PM Chopper. I guess a lot depends on his shifts but we can try :)

No probs. I'd just rather leave Melbourne about 6 PM on Friday and get the engine Friday nught, rather than Sat morning. Just rember to check if he has access to an engine crane or block and tackle to load the engine.

Just so happens a couple of blue jacks did meet Herne, Yella and myself as I rolled into Canberra @ 1.15AM this morning. I thought the fuel prices in Canberra were a bit rude compared with Melbourne prices.
