How do I go about removing the window( on the door fitted to my car and on the spare), and swapping them over so that I have a nice clean window to look out of on the left:)

For whatever reason (lol) I want to switch the window on the passenger side door I have now (2 door UC) to another one I have laying around, well ok the reason is the one I have in now is a replacement door and the glass was stupidly sprayed on with clear coat because the dodgy people who painted the door didnt bother to mask the window up.
How do I go about removing the window( on the door fitted to my car and on the spare), and swapping them over so that I have a nice clean window to look out of on the left:)

paint scraper razor blade and thinners to cleanup.
