Here are two places you can by the Moroso 20140 from, freight will be around $80 USPS express. The are cheaper suppliers but these are the main ones I deal with.
Summit Racing - Moroso 20140 oil pan
Summit Racing - Moroso 24050 pickup
CarShopInc - Moroso 20140

You will also need a dipstick.
Summit Racing - Lokar ED-5008 LS1 dipstick
I would also fit the Camaro oil scraper which you can buy from Eagle Auto Parts

He had 1 in stock last week so should still be available, let me know asap if you want it.
From Summit, you will pay close to $200 on shipping from the USA for the pan alone.
I have not had time to trial fit the Moroso 20140 with the CRS or CAE mount, so I can not guarantee it will fit. Based on the Canton sump the Moroso should fit without any problems. There could be a clearance problem with the CAE extractors or starter. I should be able to test in a couple of weeks.

with a shallow end of 2 3/8" the engine mounts in that car must have had the engine sitting up 3/4" higher than cae mounts or maybe a modified kframe..
