That's the casting number GMH installed when it was first cast. It has nothing to do with YT. If you could post some pics of the valves, ports and valve springs, we may be able to give you a good indication of whether it's a YT head or not.

Sorry you cant tell off part numbers because YT used old holden heads and modified them.
The only way to know is to look at it.
inlet port divider post removed (steel pipe pressed in)
Valves with YT on them (may have been changed)
machining in the valve thoat area
yellow paint (not necessarily but most do as most common was "stage 3" or "Street Performer")

YT painted the 6 cyl heads yellow, blue and red, depending on the application.

If you get an alloy one it doesn't have paint..easy to pick
12 ports makes it easy too.
have 2 in my workshop ATM...one partially stripped..can post pics.
