nah.the guy that owns the hilux also owns the hatch.,and its not me.he's a customer of mine.

ahh fair enough , i was at a car show a while back and he came up and said that he couldnt believe the similarities of our interiors design , he actually said that it was in your shop getting done at the time, thought it may have been you . Basically just the shape in the door trims.

thats full custom!

I have a bunch of those style seats upstairs with custom button on covers.

We used to make and sell the to alot of the speedway guys.

If he is loking for weight reduction, look at some of the sprintcar seats for the speedway, they would weigh half of those seats he has in that car.

they'll weigh more with leather on them.but with nearly 3000hp i dont think it'll make to much difference :)

I think your interior is Funky as T!

I like the Look of a UC without the centre console!

I like that interior BigT, I reckon it looks fantastic! Does that glove box lid look shut, or does it look open? :tease: I'd never pic white for my interior, I have enough troubles keeping a white shirt clean let alone white trim!

Looks great, but must be bright in the sun Big T ! I suppose tinting the windows is not an option if you want everyone to see it ?!

haha i think the problem of it blinding you when sunny and being difficult to keep clean are small prices to pay for how f*cking sweet his interior looks.

Hey, thanks for the compliments guys :spoton: (wow - just noticed Google Chrome has spell check !!), Up close there are few dags that need fixing, I guess Im just being picky. I want to put some gauges where the radio and heater controls are and ditch the sunbird ashtray. Also want to do something with the standard instrument panel, not sure what yet. Those Autometer C2 series gauges would suit the car well I reckon so the monster tach will no doubt find a similar home to yours Chris :-) Either that or I'll chuck it in the Corolla .... hehehe.

I have though about doing a custom console but I agree with Matt, it looks good as is. Trying to convince Mrs Big T that drink holders are not a requirement is a different story though. Since when do you need two hands to drive an auto?

Gets bright as in the sun skapinad, definitely need sunnies when cruising, and Im thinking of doing white/cream carpet !! Might not be such a good idea. Thought about tinting but somehow I dont reckon it would look as good as it does now.

The glovebox is a standard UC "feature" Brewster, dont they all do that? Since the photo I have fixed it up so it does shut properly though. If I were to do it myself I probably wouldnt go with white either but when the Mrs saw the car for sale it was the interior that she loved so I guess it does have its advantages.

I'm witheveryone else on this one Big T, very nice clean and tidy but as said white wouldn't be my choice of color (with kids anyway) but still nice all the same. Another thing to think of, maybe some orange piping or stripes on the door trims to match the seats and dash, i too like to console free look and I think white/cream carpet would make the seats and dash disapear, keep the black carpet, it sets the white off nicely. :spoton:
