Thanks for your input freaky, Unfortunately a black list can be a bad idea for many reasons (as many as there are good reasons for one!).

This particular thread is not the one to discuss it in however. I'd like this thread to be solely for people personally involved in this particular disagreement.

Thanks!

Hi everyone, guess what i finally got my bonnet but low and behold its only half finished he didnt even prep the other side of the old bonnet nor do the flutes where the water will just pool in. Spoke to Daniel he says he would pay to have it fixed if i got quotes done i did the cheapest i could get and it was $500 and all have said that its very very unroadworthy. But now once again he wont answer my calls so WELL DONE DANIEL  . So it looks like im going to take him to small claims court as i have had enough of dealing with the numbnuts. :spoton: Also when i get the pictures i will post so everyone can see what im on about!

I'm so sorry to hear this is still going on!

I had hoped with the lack of replies in here that the problem had been rectified!

Keep us updated and all the best with it.

I'm glad to hear it's not forgotten, I'm just really saddened to hear that it's not resolved.

I had hoped that after his appearance here to reassure everyone that things might be on the right path, But it appears NOT!

Have the authorities been of assistance?

All the best with it.

Got a reply from Fair Trading,[quote:Attempts have been to contact Mr said person has not been successful.],but for a fee,you can lodge a claim with the Consumer,Trader & tenancy Tribunal.Boy does this sound familiar, typical govt crap.Think I'll go with PI,friend in NSW,well at least I'll get some sort of satisfaction & feedback.

Frustrated.. there are other words for this, how come every-day people know where he is,can get licence details (from other purchasers whom have been duped)+photo's(face book),phone numbers (from ebay + through previous communication),home & workshop addresses(google earth),ABN (...gov.au)etc & yet they can't contact him,yep typical gov.dept's always trying to screw you over in some way.Maybe if they got off their a...s & did something positive & work for the people that help to contribute to their pay slip, they would'nt get so much negitive feedback.I know I have to work hard for my pay, these just look at it,try to ring once or twice & say to hard & put it in the to hard basket,if I did my job like this,I would'nt have a job,I work at a power station, something breaks,oh try to fix problem, did'nt work this time, put in 2hard basket,& see what happens.Same shit, just different job,I don't sit behind a desk either,I'm in the grotty side of coal power stations.Till next time, have a good long weekend. :<_<:

Nearly every time I have dealings with Fair Trading I end up asking them who I contact to complain about them.
Took 6 years on and off to get a conclusion to a Trade license issue.
Cost me a significant amount over a tenancy issue.
Had someone call me for a survey after one lot of complaints I had with them. Was an absolute joke.
Would have to be about the worse gov. dept I have dealt with.
I would investigate private solutions to your problem.

Hello needing to find a particular panel beater in SYDNEY he sells manaro bonnets on ebay ,he says he is in Camdem? Another address i have is in Ingleburn , I have 2 names a LUKE and a Daniel COMER , Can any body supply me with their address ??Just PM or email me the matter is urgent , TREX

Daniel is currently in lock up, and is getting sentenced at the Downing Center on Friday 6th of November 2009.

You can find Luke thought at 4 Rider place Minto, Just off longhurst. I simply type in his name just for laughts and didnt expect to be a whole forum about it.

Daniel has NEVER lived in Ingleburn or Camden. His buissness was located at Myrtle place Minto Heights, then moved over 2 years ago to Ingleburn industrial.

I dont have his mobile number, good luck getting your cash off him thought, feel sorry for those that belived his endless shit.

Daniel Comer is now serving a six year sentance for attempted murder in Long Bay max security. I was told this today by Greg Comer and varified by another soyrce. I was trying to serve judgement papers on him for money owed, we can kiss that good by. G. Comer may still be liable as invoice states G. Comer t/AS Sydney Color and Equipment. Hope this is of some help, maybe just as well we did not find him first.

Attempted Murder??

Can this loser do anything right? :dontknow:

Bear in mind guys that you can still be charged for other crimes (such as fraud), while you are serving a sentence for another crime.

what would be the quickest way to get people to stop chasing you for money? jail/murder?

person serving judgement papers? (what are judgement papers anyway?) one would expect they would be able to spell.

also would know the persons location if incarcerated.

they would not divulge these details on a forum.

you would expect if "Daniel Comer is now serving a six year sentence for attempted murder in Long Bay max security". it would come up on google.

keep digging
