From what ive read, its roughly $200 per car, and $50 for an extra driver, that gets you 3 pit crew and 4 spectators or something similar.
Cant run any quicker then 11.00
And we need 40-50 cars.
whos interested?

I'm keen and can also bring a mate with an E49 big tank Charger.
Would be better with no ricers though, otherwise I can just go on a Wednesday night.

Conditions of this would HAVE to be...
Complete and full pre-payment 4 weeks before the event date - FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE - No alternative.
It's a shame the cut off is 11.0... i know a few members and mates who would come along and have a blast but they run WAAAAY quicker than 11s!

Wayne: Race the commonwhore mate!
MRLXSS - Your right mate, which is why ive not organised one in the past.
Again we'd have to be pre-paid with non refundable monies!
Could be a good day though!

I'm happy to take the monies of behalf of GMH-T.com.au, it would be fairly easy to account for.
And i think if we're going to do it we need to pick a date like late march 2009.. and "advertise" it to other clubs/friends etc.
Cheers!

I dont mind either way but a PRIVATE day would be awesome. I've asked my mates and 4 of them have said Yes to a PRIVATE day. That makes 5 ( me included ). We wont have any dramas taking their money either.
I still think we could rack up 25-30 from this forum.
What do you think?

Ok... so ... let's say we do another wednesday night regardless... sometime soonish...
But talking about a private hire day...
What day and month would suit people best?
A Sunday? Saturday?? Midweek??
When would people be most likely to commit!? And remeber... 11.0 or faster cars arent permitted! (Damn.. no nitrous for me! LOL!)
Cheers
