Whats the thing the official was sticking under the rear wheel at the start, I am guessing it has something to do with timing ???

The start is up hill, its so you dont roll into the car behind .

ditto to what Jason said Rory. Was just disappointed i couldn't get back out there on sunday. Was really good to be out there watchin all the cars and drivers go nuts and have a great time. And was very happy to be your cheer squad for saturday, just dont expect us to be there in skirts and shave our legs and stuff. Bug has definitely bitten, i want to be let loose on events like this.

I found some damage on the car....back right hand guard there is a black mark...hang on!..Its only carbon off a burnt stick! It wipes off!....Not too sure about the stain on the drivers seat though??? :huh:

P.S. Got it off the truck today..still amazed its intact..the reverse linkage had some grass in it making it hard to select..pulled that out...all is fine!

Hi Rory, very lucky mate !! Definately lottery ticket territory !!

It snapped pretty hard huh, I wouldn't be surprised if there was something spilt on the track surface.

I race with R compund street rubber and have only ever had that kind of let go when there was something spilt on the track....then again I do have about 100HP less than you ; )

Good work keeping it from turning out much worse.....you sure can peddle !!

I noticed when u took off the line on 1 run, you didnt light them up, so rears would have not been to hot by that corner, so thats maybe a reason, or what tyre pressure were u running ?

yeah I will be, the main issue I am having atm it the video is 22 mins long, and Youtube and Photobucket only allow upto 10 mins, so I am in the process of editing it into a number of smaller clips
