I have VL heads on my 308 and want to get new screws to hold down the rocker covers. Would they be metric thread ? and does anyone know where you can buy a set?

Take one into Coventry Fasteners and they'll match it to what you want.

The Rocker cover bolts for a VL V8 (carby motor) will be 1/4" UNC.
