I will take delivery of them the week leading up to the 18th (Sat). It looks like I'll hand out to those who attend Heathcote, then start mailing Oz wide.
If anyone from interstate attending the drags would like to act as a mailer for their state, please PM me.
It would be much appreciated.

No-one else took up the offer so all the other Perth shirts go in the bags
These will be sent right away? or are we waiting on the stickers to go with?
I'd hate to be waiting for mine while everyone else is enjoying theirs at the drag day I can't get to

The stickers are underway so we should have them to send with the shirts. All shirts will be sent ASAP but of course being cost effective too. Ive gotto have a think about what might be best for postage and wether picking them up from melbourne at the drag day is the best way or trying to organise posting from down there...
Hmmmm... see how it goes

If its easier for you, You can buy a pre paid satchel from aust post that will fit 1 or 2 shirts in and still be in the limit or close enough to it. that will cost about $4.80 a bag. I am not sure what u charged for postage and you prolly looked in to it but if this way is easier then at least i helped you with something in regards to this shirt.
Just trying to help so sorry if i get in the way here.
Cheers Tim

Hardley Normal: Yep mate thats how we were going to do it. I was looking into expresspost satchels as at least they are kind of registered that way but i'm still finalising how things need to be packed etc!
Thanks for the idea!
Cheers.

It works just like registered but costs like 1/2 the amount. Is just a small sticker witha number that required the person recieving it to sign for the item. Thay way you can still sorta keep track of it and people will know when there shirts are there.
Express is a bit dearer but i mean most people here are really keen to get tehre shirts so i mean express is guarenteed nrxt day or 2 day delivery. so thats a bonus for ppl waiting.
But hey just trying to help as i post out like 100 items a week at work all sorts of ways.
Cheers
Tim

The shirts have been ordered and will be picked up late next week.
Knoath has suffered a back injury and so is out of action for a while but will still collect the shirts and bring them to heathcote for the attending members to recieve.
The remainder of the shirts will be posted out directly after heathcote drag meet.
Thanks to everyone for their support and patience, its been a MAMMOTH task and it WILL be worth it in the end!
Cheers.
