240 series and 260 series ( mid 70's ) are the common ones from memory.

Girling caliper to suit vented disc is the preffered one

As for the 2 sets of lines you do this
Remove pistons. Cross drill piston bore between holes to allow fluid transfer to all pistons
Blank off extra non required inlet port (the upper one)
I have some pics of this

Now bear in mind...... the bolt pattern for Volvo calipers is not identical to Holden stubs so the bolt holes need to be plugged and redrilled in the right spot.
The rotor also needs to be reduced in diameter to 256mm from 272mm to allow the caliper to fit

I'm sure there are better ways

My stock XU1 brakes work fine, you are only adding 22 lbs, though the time to get to top speed shortens! Any thing above that are reserved for circuit racers and you are really getting into big $ with 4 spot AP or Girling set up. The stockers are fine for street work as Neil says.

I fitted braided lines and Ultimate pads but will upgrade to DB2500 just to make me happy. The Ulitmates are ok for hillclimbs as I am side ways more than on the brakes.
