.Anyway, this is (or was, muhaha) my Dads Statesman Deville, He has 'loaned' it to me indefenitely as he no longer has space for it. From what he's told me this car was an ex Sydney Council car that racked up a little over 100,000km's and was then parked in a garage for 25 years. He bought it off one of his mates about 4 years ago, the previous owner had already rebuilt the 308 because it was stuffed from sitting for so long.
It has a 308, 3sp coloum turbo 400, air con etc with a 2.5" single exhaust, it has never been restored but it has had the rear quater panel replaced back in the 70's (unfortunatly). The car has all its origional paint exept that rear 1/4 panel. Interior is very clean, the only mods i can see are the retractable seatbelts (they look like ford ones) which need to be replaced with lapsash ones when i can find a good set and the radio which i have replaced with a working air cheif, really love that am radio
. It has the origional ply spare tyre aswell .On with the pics...
