308 rebuilt and balanced bottom end, flat top pistons new rings, ported heads, crane 304 hydraulic cam, crane lifters and new set of push rods, Purtronix ignitor kit, MSD 6AL, redline maxi torque manifold, 650 dp, carter electric pump, tri ys, gear drive and gilmer drive
toyota box and a 9 inch

nothing to outrageous enough to keep me happy on my p plates :spoton:

Awesome looking vehicle mate. We're not even allowed to drive a Torrie with a stock 308 on our P's down here : /

Congratulations on getting it on the road though, what aspects of the car were you working on? How long did it take you?

approx 4 n bit years.. brought it from the wreckers when i was 15 and its had full rebuild top to bottom

looks great but I am partial to white SLR's, only one thing are those bonnet pins an attraction for the cops?

Great looking 5000, results look brilliant, especially given the car's history. I think the body coloured bumpers really work well with a white body.

been picked up 3 times since i moved to mandurah lol and that was only a week n bit ago cops seem to be fine with the bonnet pins im yet to get a yellow sticker :D
