Hi Guys.

I had a reply from John Henman of WSID in relation to my enquiry about track hire.

Long story short he's very busy at the moment organising the summer nationals and i'll be giving him a call to talk with him on the phone about it all.

He gave me some really good info on WHY the 11.0 sec cut off is in place, and i can personally see his situation.

Attached are 2 doccos explaining how to go about the track hire and the conditions, I've not had time to read them yet myself.

Please feel free to read and discuss with everyone here.

Cheers
Tiny.

What a joke this is
"No cars with potential to run quicker than 11.000-seconds permitted
No motorcycles with potential to run quicker than 10.500-seconds"

pfttttttttttttt

cheers Keith

Hey Guys, GLad there is some enthusiasm for the day!

What i am suggesting would be:

Invite heaps of people with the maximum cutoff being (I Havent read the PDFs yet...) 60 cars? -

I would like to Invite the NSW Monaro Club and what about officially inviting some other forum/s?
Maybe charge a couple of dollars extra to make some for us as a forum.. and maybe offer a small forum sticker to all entrants (in the price).

Price would be paid up front, NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

Media passes i['m sure will be involved, i have a good firend who shoots automotive shots who would come along but may charge either: a Small fee for the people who purchase, *OR* a fee up front and then give us all the pictures taken. If there is interest, I'll ask him. i will NOT stuff him around though, i will need to make it worth his while to come. (He's cheap... but not easy :P)

I think april *MAY* be too close... I've got a massively hectic schedule from now on, but i'll do whatever needs to be done to get it happening.

What particular day would suit best? Weekend (If theyre available from WSID?) so that you dont have to take time off work? OR a week day?

Cheers!
