I just have a low trust level when it comes to sending money away for something that hasn't been seen or can't be found on the internet, for all I know it could be a spare room in someones house, I am hoping to get verification its not a theme park full of clowns or a stockyard of watertanks.
If we go ahead I will certainly let you all know the outcome with no hesitation
Thanks

Do a search on Google for Polyweld and see what others have said. Feedback seems to be that quality is good but there was some discussion regards slow turnaround.

Now we begin again looking for the right place to get them done,, im so annoyed,, why can't people just tell it how it is instead of leading you on with false hope, the art of customer satisfaction and honesty in business operation I think is just about extinct.

hi, just an update on how i went with my door trim's. Steve at Cools, got it all soughted out for me.I spoke to steve at cools today, he is onto it for me.
He is doing his best, bloody good bloke, Colin.
very happy with them picked them up today, he's 100% honest and genuine bloke recommended at the highest level. just for the record the delay on my trims had nothing to do with Cools.cheers colin.

why can't people just tell it how it is instead of leading you on with false hope, the art of customer satisfaction and honesty in business operation I think is just about extinct.
because as I have just found out if you are in business and are completely honest and tell the customer exactly what it will cost and how long it will take, they just go to the shonky bloke who tells them what they want to hear, even though it usually ends up costing more and taking longer in the end.
I lost one customer because a competitor came back to them with a house at $100,000 less than they had already quoted and guaranteed it would be ready in 3 months. It ended up taking over a year, cost over $750,000 and there was heaps of problems with it. My original quote was $500,000 and 6 months to build, which would have been done in 6 months for $500,000 but the lying cheating business got the job anyway. I also lost 3 customers to builders who were asked to quote on complete homes using my building system. All 3 of them overquoted on my system so they could then quote on their own system to win the entire job. There is no honesty in business.
