no worries about the stuff.if you put the axles back in and jamb them from turning if you can.socket and a big extension bar should do the trick.

we tried doing that but we didnt have somone fat enough to stand on the diff haha and it just lifted up and turned

Have u welded a diff before best way is to weld the pinion to the crownwheel so its fully welded up properly

spend all night from 12am and 6am this morning putting in the VN 28spline welded diff and took it for adrive before goes good :) just finishing off the rest of the car and put my 18s on the front car trailer is all booked and paid for so tonight it will be skidding at archerfield speedway m excited to see whats gonna happen

just got home from the burnout comp the car went alright no mechanical problems just needs more power need to hurry up and get the v8 for it :)

nice work sasha! Yeh those VN diffs are the way to go for a burnout car. They sit out a bit more but they're heaps stronger. Thats what i put in my VK

do those autos change into second bythem selves like a ecotec v6 comie auto even when locked in low? could you lock it in low?.

Sorry too dig up an old thread but im pretty sure you can just put them in 1st as there a 4 spd auto as in
Drive,1st,2nd and Od, Dont know though i dont know enough about Vl's.
