Good job mate :)
The dash does look good, it appears no ashtray or glove box! I like that :)

You have guages in the dash and also outside the car....Was there a reason for doing this?

Cheers

Front blinkers? eBay mate. They'll set you back about $40 or less. (Buy It Now)

That dash is one of the hottest things I've ever seen, do you have any photos of the assembly process or anything? I'm very intrigued. Love that colour, and the smoothened out engine bay too! :)

Yeah, looks great. You have done an excellant job. Very neat and tidy all over, done engine bay, custom interior and goes like the clappers. How does the dual 3" go, bet it causes a few ppl to turn and look :spoton:

Cheers,

As Brett said.. More pics more specs!!

its a 308 stroked to 355, turbo 350 gearbox, 4000rpm stall, 9 inch 4.11 gears, very scary to drive, ive got a 3500 rpm revlimit chip in the msd at the moment, but still you can be cruising along, blip the throttle and she takes off sideways pretty quickly spose the full spool doesnt help. aslong as she runs a ten when i take it to the drags ill be happy

The dash does look good, it appears no ashtray or glove box! I like that :)

You have guages in the dash and also outside the car....Was there a reason for doing this?

im very happy with the dash and console, its real carbon fibre, got rid of the ashtray and glovebox as i wanted a smoother look

the gauges outside are for fuel pressure and volts, main reason is because you cant fit a fuel pressure gauge inside the car legally, it has to be external.

How does the dual 3" go, bet it causes a few ppl to turn and look

yeah sounds very tuff although very loud, but cant do much about it, definately turns heads, ive just entered it in its first show, so will see how she goes.

Thanks for explaining that to me 2wild4u. Makes sense :)
Hope you do well at the show, from what I have seen you certainly deserve to.

Love to see and hear it one day - in the flesh.

Cheers

radiator hoses are fairly cheap actually, top and bottom with the clamps cost about $160, its the other fuel lines that end up costing the money, i ran braided hose from the tank to the carby, fuel supply lines and fittings cost about $750

Man well done on such a nice car! great to see another WA torrie! The scary thing is how similar it looks to the one i have just purchased! :tease:

The difference is yours is immaculate and the one i have needs sum work (and its set-up for racing atm) but they are a very similar colour! we should head out for a cruise once i get mine up and running! :P

Keep in mind if you hit the 10's the car is off the track until it meets the ANDRA regs.......$Cha Ching$!

Cheers!

definately keen for a cruise, as for andra approved, its pretty much been built to comply with the longer wheel studs tailshaft loop etc, the onl,y thing is the gage which ive been leaving for as long as possible because im not real keen on the loss of rear seat entry

dont worry im still going to run the bugcatcher at times, ive got the other bonnet all painted up and hanging on the shed wall, just in the process of working out a filter and mounting for it, thanks
