After 20+ years on Autodrags l have updated the wheels on my 56 coupe. Many times l had pictured it in my mind with the Convos, but its only been the last month that l finally laid down the $$$$ courtesy of Rudd's stimulus package.
It certainly looks different (shinier) I think its an improvement too :spoton:
What do you think??

Yes the Autodrags are for sale, was going to Ebay them at some stage. The rears are 12" with 3 3/8" back space, fronts are 7" (I think, tyres are still on) Rears have no tyres and all wheels are ford pattern. What are they worth?

The Convo's look absolutely mint - a definite improvement in my eyes, and has lifted the car up another level. Good stuff!!

I think the car looks 'better' with the Convos, but I think it looked far more interesting with the Autodrags, and the dish appeared to be a lot more impressive too.

Heath, its an optical illusion, both sets of rears are 12" with 3 3/8" backspace.

Yeah I assumed that was the case, that's why I worded it carefully; the dish appeared more impressive ;)

I remember when I was over at your place and you uncovered the beast, the two things that blew me away were the blower and the dish of the rears :P

That looks awesome with the new wheels. Have you noticed that the brakes are better with more air flow?

Did you try putting hotwires on it ? :P

I like the look of both, if it were me I would have prob stayed with the centrelines, only due to them being "period". The new ones do make it look ncie tho ....
