my personal favs are the hj2door the ht gts and hx le dad has 2 les and i love driving them nice big cruizy car not a rocket but real nice to drive and real head turner and rare as rocking horse shit

First preference would be a HK 327 GTS monaro closely followed by a HQ 350 GTS (or replicas).

Love 2 door monaro's with a big V8.

LMFAO i hear ya i get in trouble on monaro runs when i say to them ah you brought your 2 door commodore they hate that but in sayn that i would have one as an every day driver

mate of mine has a pretty worked cv6 monaro we give him hell about buying a non v8 monaro we call it a commodore and tell him real monaros have v8s he hates it still a very nice car but bit to commodorey for me

Silver Mink with red trim 327 stickshift HK GTS would be my favorite.
Anything after 350 HQ s are taxis.Especially those purse swingin pillow bitin gaylord LE 's.

HK GTS (in Warwick Yellow) easily.. but I also got a soft spot for HJ 2-doors.. love that HQ arse on em!

Gay auto,gay electric windows,gay aircon,gay paint,gay gold stripes,gay wheels.Oh,and gay trim.Just gay.

Proper muscle cars have none of these things.

Still better than a dunnydoor but..(just)

i dont personally consider all monaros to be muscle cars dads les are more cruisers than anything just like a statesman

What gets me is that when I had a hk in the 70s everyone prefered the HT-HGs now its the other way around HK where known as being ugly... how times change

For me the HQ 350 is the choice followed by HK 327
