HQ GTS coupe, plus all those before it. Must do coz had mine since 83.
But like my Torrie just as much.

Only Monaro that made my jaw drop tho was a HT, G or K I was
so in awe of this 1 I couldnt tell which 1 it was.
Was walking around the 86 Street Machine Nats when this thing
came up beside me rumbling the ground coz it was running small block
chev with highly polished 6/71 blower & injection hat. Black paint sooo deep
you'd fall in & get lost for a week, tubbed rear with bigs & littles, wheelie bars
& a chute, full barred out & pro stock alloy interior.
It had GAS 69 plates on it.
Anyone remember it? Or got an old copy of Street Machine around Jan-June 86?
Luv to see it again.

Off topic, but also remember seeing a young Victor Bray cutting loose on the narrow
showground roads in his steel bodied, street rego'd blown & injected 57 Chev & spittin
a stubby header pipe out from under the front gaurd into the "safety fence".

Glad all those head injuries & beer over the years havnt deleted all my good memories.

Cheers Jono

Yep,remember that one-Wayne Pagel was the blokes name if I remember rightly.Got that mag, somewhere at one of the 3 addresses i have my street machine collection spread over.
By my recollection, that was one of the first full house Pro-street cars in Oz.
On the favourite Munro subject,I love George Alphabet from Perths BLOWN68 HK-and man, he's not afraid to lean on the thing, even though itsa supernice presented car.I was at Gazzanats the other year when he put on flame show-its on youtube somewhere, have a gander.
