Hi Just wondering if there is any difference between a Kingswood 308 fuel pump and Torana 308 fuel pump.
As i just bought a new fan belt (gilmore large with teeth ) and i can't adjust the aiternator in far enough to get it on i.e. alternator hits fuel pump before running out of adjustment. :cry:

Have i got the right belt or is the fuel pump wrong.

Perhaps you have the long slotted bracket mounted upside down?

I don't think there is any difference between an LH/LX 308 or any other of the 308 fuel pumps.

I have the nomal fan belt and there is very little clearance between the alternator and pump.
