Lads. I've just purchased new rear bushes for the diff but am unsure about which way the "collar" goes. One end of the bush has a lip/collar that when fitted will be on the inside or the outside of the sleeve.
Also, I don't have a socket large enough to whack it on so any backyard methods for fitment would be much appreciated

Try a couple of pieces of discarded wood and a G clamp. Worked for me.
