Lads. I've been meaning to put this up for a couple of months. I managed to convince my Wife that a trip here would be a worthwhile and culturally enriching experience. It was for me anyway. It was really well set out and you could get as close as you wanted to everything. There was even a simulator installed into an f1 car that you could use. What I found most interesting was how basic the F1 cars were, even up until the early 90s. Just go-karts with silly Hp. Different story now though. Unfortunately, a tour of the actual factory isn't possible if you don't own a car and have the paperwork to prove it.

Hopefully I have the link correct.

Cheers
Jim

pretty much THE BEST MUSEUM i've been to , which while overseas included the Porsche & Mercedes museums . What is best is the fact that there's NO ropes or other shit in the way of you having a good look/photo oppurtunity ! The re-creatation of Enzo's office is pretty special amongst other highlights ( including 2 train trips & trying to talk/translate italian just to find/get there ) !!!

It is a little tricky to find, I only saw one sign on the way in. I'm going to the German GP at the Nurburgring in 3 weeks and I'm hoping to get to the Porsche museum then. My Wife has already asked why I need to go when I was claiming that the Ferrari museum was the best thing ever. I haven't worked out an answer yet.

Cheers
Jim
