Hello I have a few questions about trying to tune my twin 45 side draught webers.
When I use a lenght of hose in the front carby both barels sound like they are sucking nice and clearly but on the back carby they is a fair bit of popping going on and the engines ideling really rough? any hints to help me out?
thank you, Paul

Sounds to me as though the rear carby is lean.
Beyond the popping does the air speed sound the same as the front?
RACV MAN

yeah number 3,4 cylinders must be running real lean, coz the paint on the extractors starts smoking straight away as soon as its running while on 1 and 2 the paint still looks new. I have tyred to richen the idel misture screws but it doesnt seen to do much differance, do the idel jets have numbers on them so i can get bigger 1s? could there be a blockage somewhere? i have taken the top off and cleaned and flushed everything out hoping it would come good. thanx for the help..
