Hi everyone

I have just returned from the states and had some money to spend, so last night we brought home a new project.

She is a 64 EH wagon. The plans at this stage is a new paint job, a set of 17 or 18 inch wheels, and perhaps a VR, VS injected V6 driveline. Disc brake upgrade on a HR front end. Custom interior. Nothing over the top, I just want a cool cruiser this time round. But you know how projects are, they tend to change half way throught the build.

Will post some pics at alatter date when I can get home during some daylight and take some.

A wagon with big rims and nice paint is gonna look great!!! The V6 idea is cool, but just imagine an EFI V8 conversion!!

Looking forward to seeing some pics.....

Best of luck with the build too!

Thanks for the comments from everyone. Brett the I have already thought about the v8 conversion. But Iam not going for all out power this time. By the way saw your car in Cruzin magazine the other looking great as usual. Any EH tips you can teach from building debs EH.

I am actually quite new to working on EH's. I'm slowly starting to learn a few things about them from Deb's car, but most of it I have no clue about! (I feel comfortable around my Torrie's, but EH's are like antiques!!!!) Need to start pulling more things apart I guess!!! hahaha.

If you are ever chasing parts though - Deb is in the EH car club, an excellent resource.

But yep, if you're not after all-out power, and plan to build more of a cruiser, go the V6 for sure! Will give you heaps more room too! Smooth power and decent economy, sounds awesome!!! I assume you'll run the 4 speed auto behind it. Overdrive would be great.
