Ok guy I'll put this in Paint and Panel and see if anyone can help me

I'm restoring/improving my SS as some of you may know
I will be running colour coded bumpers, rubber strips and over riders, original SS stripes , no flares.
Colour will be a solid blue as per the pics in my thread in members projects . Including bonnet.
The only black panitouts will be the rear panel and around the windows (sadly I have no chrome pieces)

I know there is a pair of red "S"'s on the rear drivers side in the black that need to go on near the # plate
I know there is an SS badge for the grille

Are there any other markings or stickers/badges on the car ?

I was wondering if I should or shouldn't put the TORANA sticker on the nosecone ?
Was it there originally on an SS ?
Think it will look OK with the blue I'm using ?

I hope Michael doesn't mind me using this pic.

I just love Michael's car, its so straight and clean.

Good example to use. (inc. shallow SS spoiler)

I dont think the T O R A N A was on the nose cone though..
- but it does look nice!

Placement of the SS on rear, if using the factory decal which was
about 112 x 104mm, or after market vinyl version 108 x 100mm
is about 75mm from tail light and 35mm down from top of panel.

I've only measured (3) including mine and they were all within coooee
of those measurements.

Please correct me if wrong anyone. Pretty sure its right though!!

No other stickers outside, apart from the stripes. Only ashtray, horn panel (if V8),
silver dash obviously & silver escutcheon panel / radio panel inside.

Cheers, Leakey

bumper overriders go in such a way, that you can run a ruler across and just touch each of them and the centre of the bumper. There was NO TORANA on the nose cone on the SS, and the rear had a Torana badge on the left of the hatch, and the engine badge on the right.

Haahaa!! you already know what I'm gonna type, dont you Red'?

So how does the ruler rule work on the rear bumper? LOL!

Dimensions son!!!!!!!!!

Mind you, my bumper is so twisted you probably could
use the ruler rule.!!

Only pullin' ya leg!! I know how serious you can get..
