Hey Neil,

We have been bleeding the brakes on a freinds HQ 1 tonner due to a soft pedal. There was plenty of air in the lines and we bleed through a new bottle of fluid to each of the wheels but after bleeding the air and getting solid fluid flow the air comes back into the lines. There is no leaks in the system so I am mystified to what is causing it.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Cheers,

is the bleed valve on the calipers at the top?
if the calipers are on the wrong side the valve is at the bottom and will cause that prob

It may be sucking air back past the caliper seals
