Are you sure you have an LC GTR or XU1!!

Ive been rebuilding my LC GTR and came across this idea last year so i'd thought i'll share it around to get some feed back.

The LC GTR is the only model out of all the gtr's & XU1's to have a different accelerator bracket spot welded to the firewall close to the other standard bracket.

What i have noticed is that this bracket must have been spot welded to the firewall before the firewall was finally assembled with the rails guards etc.

With the bracket in place it was impossible to fully spot weld the seam along the firewall/ heater shelf lip, which means they mig welded 6 or 7 spots along the seam above the bracket.

So here's what i have noticed , all other models only have a couple of welds as they dont have this different bracket.

If anyone has there heater box out its easy to see what im talking about, im curious to know if im right or not so post your pics.
