Generally, 5H 114.3 usually means the rims have Ford stud pattern.

the 5H stands for 5 stud.
the 114.3 is the bolt circle diametre, which is ford, so you will have fun getting them in a VL, or any other (stock) holden for that matter

5 x 108 = Torana
5 x 114.3 = Ford
5 x 120 = Commodore
5 x 120.65 = HQ
