Fitting K&N filter

Hey,

I'm buying a K&N setup for my 308 and am trying to do the measurements to see what will fit. I'm looking at getting the 14" filter with a drop base of 1 1/4". From what I can see it should just fit around my Holley 750 Dp.

Does anyone have the 14", 1 1/4" drop base on their 4 barrel holley, or has someone tried it and found that it fouls? Just wanting to know if it will fit.
