What would it be worth? I got 23K for this one 12 months ago. Fantastic car!!Love the colour combo, will be worth a bit if you have all matching numbers.

Unfortunatly non matching number engine. Seats were only temporarily sitting in place while I was waiting for rear parcel shelf to arrive from Eastern Auto Trimmers ,hence they are crooked in the photo,s. Now about the photo,s they were taken a few months ago by John to show his brother which is why I was shocked to see them on a puplic forum and got my back up to here negative comments ,so I do appologize for that . The car is much closer to being finished now and I will put up better photo,s soon. Also the car is not currently for sale but if any one wants to do a bloke a favour my zircon green XT GT is for sale on australian muscle car sales cheers Ron

yeh i would like to know as well ron,, given that the head of the sydney monaro club said thay never made any in the papaya, even with that pic of it sitting on the turn table at holden, he still said it was a missprint on the tag.

cheers gong

Head of the Monaro club needs some learnin' !

There is a Papaya HX monaro in Spearwood Hammy Hill area, Old Charlie is a welder who works the local henderson shipyards and he has had it since new, sold by Shacks Freo.

Last time i saw it , it was the usual papaya faded paint and lookin' like a 30 yo daily.

Welby

I have seen one other HX in Papaya. It was a Sandman, stamped GMH TEST VEHICLE on the cowl like all other similarinternal/promo vehicles, and I think it was used at a motor show when it was new.
