Hi all,
thought this was worth sharing in general discussion,

Is the most blatant eBay auction I have ever seen,
Selling comliance plates, but it gets better,
read below.

And I have the email from the seller to prove it,
I asked the seller,
"What the other item in the picture of the compliance plates was?"

Answer I quote,

"Giday Chris
The item is the section of firewall with the Body Identifaction number stamped into it regards"

Got a HG you want to turn into a $125,000 Bathurst Monaro???

Here are all the parts to do it.

Hope he has fun explaining it to the QLD police.

To everyone else,
Have an excellent day.

Sorry thought had added the link,
it is the auction listed above,
but here are some more,

Got an XY Wagon or Sedan want to re-birth,

http://cgi.ebay.com......AMEWA:IT&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.com......AMEWA:IT&rd=1

I think all the other current or closed yesterday auctions have been posted in the ebay thread section,

The HG Monaro auction just really got my blood boiling,
I used to own a HG GTS Monaro, loved that car,
and it really annoys me when people sell stuff like this,
so someone else can rebirth a car,
be it a HG non GTS Monaro or a stolen car.
Then is put on the market,
for some other poor bastard to lose their hard earned cash on a scam.
No refunds if you buy a rebirthed car.

Cheers
Chris.

Thats a friggin joke, all its missing is the 4 speed floor section and theres another shonky car back on the road.

Its about as scary as all the XY GT's resurfacing these days, these more for sale today then 10 years ago. Get the X-rays out and be in for a scare.

Hows the HK 327 tag, 1 tag went for $4,550 mid-week.
