Not sure if this has been asked before, but I was just wondering if anyone had modified a stock tranny mount so that it suited a turbo 400? or is it more worth it to get one specifically designed for the th400 like the ones CRS make?

i'm not as far up to date on the turbo boxs but doesn't fitting a turbo box to a torrie mean changing g'box xmember?

yeah...the standard x member is almost flat while the TH350 (and presumably TH400) sits about 2 inches lower.
I could take a pic if it will help..obviously not now..its a bit cold and late.

sorry can't help there as mine has a 9 inch diff and a spacer plate between my engine (red 6) and auto...so it doesn't sit where it is meant to.

for $100 buy a new crs trans x member.
th400 uses a 32 spline yoke and t350 runs a 27 spline yoke (output shaft)
