Hi,
Went to hook up the reverse light wires from gearbox(m20) the other day, wasn't sure what wires to connect. Are the brown and green wires on the tunnel the right wires? I tried those, hooked them up, put it in reverse and nothing. Could it be the reverse light switch thats wrong or wrong wires?
Any help appreciated.

Going by my wiring diagram both wires should be green.

It should be 1 lt green & 1 dk green,when bridged through the reverse switch the reverse lights come on.

Test that the lights are working by bridging the wires together, that should help narrow down where the fault is.

I actually did have the green wires hooked up, my mistake. Will try that Mick, thanks!
