Seats are interchangeable, mirrors, instrument binnacles, headlining, windows, seatbelts, armrests, window winders, consoles, etc. Things that are different are the steering wheel (splines are different), front guards are slightly different around the headlights (minor), lower dash, upper dash and steering column are also different...
If using front seatbelts from a 2door check the distance of the mounting points behind the front door (there are a few variations).

Following on from Flamenco's post, external mirrors are different. LC uses HK series rear view mirror, and LJ uses HQ style mirror. LJ and LC front seats are interchangeable, but all (most?) LJ front seats had head restraints, so would be the better choice of the two.
Heater controls are different (but heater box is the same), and wiring loom, due mainly to the column mounted ignition switch on the LJ, vs the HK style lower dash mounted ignition on the LCs, and for the later LJs, headlight mounted park lights vs LC and early LJ parkers in the indicators.
From memory, very early LCs didn't have provision for rear seat belts either. Could be wrong on this though.
LJs (depending on option selected) had thick stainless steel side strips through the centres of the doors and guards, and LCs had thinner stainless steel strips along the top of the sill panel (just below the bottom edge of the doors).

My LC is an early '70 model and under the back seat there is holes for the seat belt bolts, but they have plastic caps in them to plug them up....
