They should be able to give you info on what sizes, pcd, and offset options you have, I suspect you shouldnt have any problems getting something in the right size.

Im still looking to replace the wheels on the LX,I was trying to cut down costs and get Torana Pattern wheels as thats my current stud pattern but not many wheels in that pattern what do you guys think of these Superlite wheels in 15"( Chrome) for the LX??.I don't know if these are pretty much only suited to european cars, might look odd on LX???

have you considered hq or hjxz calipers and rotors cost bugger all work good.go to the wreckers hq is best and very easy to change over from torana we race with these and never have a problem added bonus you can keep your 14s they lower your car a bit so allow for this .i use these in the slr auto so when racing im hard on the brakes all the time becuase i dont have the gears to slow me and they have never faded once.save your money and i have never cracked a disc or warped a caliper either. Thanks the replies,FAST! I dunno if I like them or not?: I had my mind set on Weld Draglites or maybe PRO STAR but then I have to get all my Stud Pattern changed to HQ Pattern costing more money,I need the Hopper Stopper kit as I still have stock rubbish brakes but theres only so much I can spend!.The reason I dont drive the LX so much is the fact of those horrible brakes!! so I need 15" or bigger wheels to fit hopper's brake kit( current wheels are 14" and must go)........
good luck

Well my brother has a set he's offered me BUT after reading on here they cause Bumpsteer( I think?) and or other problems I was going to opt for Hopper Stoppers Brake kit and bigger wheels although much more expensive! my current 14's came off an HG so the offset is not right( LX is unflared) and rub like no tomorrow!!!........have you considered hq or hjxz calipers and rotors cost bugger all work good.go to the wreckers hq is best and very easy to change over from torana we race with these and never have a problem added bonus you can keep your 14s they lower your car a bit so allow for this .i use these in the slr auto so when racing im hard on the brakes all the time becuase i dont have the gears to slow me and they have never faded once.save your money and i have never cracked a disc or warped a caliper either.

well you hear these stories and you probably find the bumpsteer is caused by something else not done right .just a question what exactly are you plans for this car.if you look in my garage my red hatch had torana brakes with single diafram booster at this time at oran park here was doing 1.27s thats my limit and they were fine you might have a problem with your booster, lines some other thing.unless your going to be driving around everywhere at 300mph they should still be more than adequate.maybe just give them a good go over you might find some problem to get you out of trouble for now till you can save up for your upgradeWell my brother has a set he's offered me BUT after reading on here they cause Bumpsteer( I think?) and or other problems I was going to opt for Hopper Stoppers Brake kit and bigger wheels although much more expensive! my current 14's came off an HG so the offset is not right( LX is unflared) and rub like no tomorrow!!!........

Harrop reproduction A9X steerings arms should be used with HQ stub axles. If you can not afford the Harrop arms then UC arms are the next best option. The HQ stub axle also lowers the ride height 25-30 mm.
The HQ kpi is 7 and the Torana kpi is 9. This increases camber which is good for the track but may make it improssible to get a reasonable camber for the street.
I have also read that the HQ stubs will increase track by 50 mm.
The cheapest brake upgrade for the LX is to have fit a HQ style caliper to the Torana stub axle and machine HQ rotors to suit.
This is the setup on a Perth car from this thread. I think you can still buy blank HQ rotors and drill to Torana pattern if required. This car has HQ pattern.

Yes, look up. Another option is to use LX drum brake stubs and an adaptor from CRS to suit the HQ calipers. This will allow you to run full size HQ discs.
Have you asked if you can get Superlites drilled in Torana pattern?

Yes SUPERLITES are available in Torana Pattern, guy told me $850.00 for a set BUT I dont think I'll be happy with them in the end , I reckon I'll end up getting Weld Draglites instead although this will cost a fair bit more

I still cant help thinking, "Mini wheels".
Much like the hotwire is the Torana wheel, to me the superlite is a Mini wheel.
This is a personal opinion.

SA11TOR: $165.00 Modified Drum Stubs ( you send a pair to me modified)
DB008: $218.00 HQ-WB Discs and Caliper conversion to UC- LX Drum Stubs, uses HQ-WB Discs and HQ-WB cast iron calipers: Kit is based on Drum Stubs and requires a change over pair.
now I understand the $165.00 listing of having your Drum Stubs Modified but confused as to the $218.00 listing= if im understanding this correctly ,its a deal where you send over a pair of HQ-WB Discs and Calipers and they modify these in some way too?? I wonder what else if anything is included??.....

Personaly I think while the 8 spoke superlites do look good in a certain size and width,
I still cant help thinking, "Mini wheels".

Looked alright on this too. (Showing my age

This picture is from this thread.

SA11TOR is the machining the drum brake stub axle to suit the bracket which seems excessive as they only have to take about 5 mm off the top bolt hole.

I think you will find that DB008 is the adaptor bracket and bolts. You have to supply the calipers, rotors etc.

Ok then ,so Im going with the WB Brake conversion to save $$$, my brother has a set! :that CRS modification to the Torana Drum stubs( I'll have to try find some!?) can that adaptor plate be bought direct and mod the Stubs myself?? to save money on freight and labour. Then what else do I need modified? I mean I send the Calipers and Rotors to CRS but what do they change on them? ,I'm trying to cut costs as I fear freight for this lot from W.A to CRS and back will be bloody expensive due to the weight?......

The only thing that needs to be sent to CRS is the drum brake stub axle to have the 5-10 mm milled off the top mount. It would be cheaper to get this done locally. Once you have the plate it is obvious what is required. Some people do it themselves with a hacksaw and file but I would prefer to have them milled.
The rotors and calipers are not modified. I would ring CRS and ask which calipers will fit without fouling on suspension components.
I had a set of drum brake stubs axles converted by CRS a couple of years ago but I did not get around to fitting them.
