Good stuff. Had a beaut day. The VTC did a great job putting this one on. I didn't take many photos cos i thought that's what Heath was for. It turns out he couldn't really be stuffed taking photos either!

Well actually I did take a few to begin with but soon decided that it was just too much hard work. Jees there were some grouse cars there!

I was just spewin about getting a bullseye chip in my windscreen on the way home.

OK just finished the count, 81 toranas in total attended the day (last year was 67) whether it was at Repco or Maroondah Dam. There was only a few that chose not to cruise up to the Dam.

It was a great turnout and it continues to grow each year (which is what we hope for), the day can only get bigger with all your support.
Everyone who attended and made the effort the Victorian Torana Club thanks you.

I would also like to thank everyone who helped during the day, the club members who got up to Maroondah Dam early to set up, those who cooked the BBQ, helped with the parking of the cars, the sales of the raffle tickets, etc.

Thanks also goes to Repco Bayswater for the venue and the prizes given out at the start of the day. We must also thank the manager for stopping the traffic to allow all cars to cruise together. All the prizes that were donated by everyone, I cant think of them all but I know Surf City Garage donated a lot of items, Repli-Car for donating the picture, etc. Also Gasolene for coming down and doing some filming. I hope I havent forgotten anyone or anything (I know I have).

Once again a big thank-you to everyone

Cheers Darren and the committee of the Victorian Torana Club.

Must have been one of those day's?
My harmonic balancer gave up the ghost and trashed the fan belt, was stranded at Watsons Creek for 2 hrs.
Was still just good enough to get home on a 2nd hand belt that had to be brought out to me.
Bloody coolant is everywhere, it boiled a bit but stopped before it fried it, lucky!

Your Aerial points would Mt Dandenong... Mine points to a smaller that doesn't transmit Ch31 (44) haha.

Thanks for putting that link Peter. Bloody awesome. And i love that segment they did on the six on the dyno. It just a shame they didn't film the actual cruise

Mini-Tubbed? Just wanted to know because I like how the car looks. Your car was in one of those pics I was wondering how come you had such little tyres on the back? :)
