Or you could try this at home.
Grab a sheet of 1mm thick steel, a 10cm long piece of 10mm rod,
find a stress relief point in your concrete around the house and hammer away.

Nicely done Archie. :clappin: Do you have any photos of it installed?

Here is the installed photo.
I decided to trim it and just use the inside section so any joining would be hidden under that battery
but it back fired on me as the existing rusting metal edge was thining and welding was problematic.
However I managed to do it.

Mine was cut & welded on the top edge.

I like how you had the reverse bead (roll) around the edge, I folded mine up all round, yours would have been a better idea for me.

I'll have a look at mine and see if I can make the whole panel, I'll get back to ya.

Cheers.

Try a sheet metal shop. they might be able to make what you need.

I'm a sheetie, work in a factory, and if you want something made i could probably do it. Give me a diagram showing exactly what you want and I'll tell you if I can manage it.

I made a battery tray section for my UC to get the RWC. Not factory-looking, (wasn't a concern), but plenty strong (I folded corrugations into it) and it passed the RWC no probs. I could make something for you in my own time, won't cost you anything, and you can decide for yourself if you want to use it or not.
