ToranaFest - QLD Convoy

G'day,

The QTCC has a fairly strong contingent traveling to ToranaFest this year. We would like to invite any QLD forum members or car clubs to join us on the journey down.

Typically we meet at a servo around Mudgeeraba (southern Gold Coast) very early on Friday morning (5:30am ish) and drive through to Newcastle with a stop at Kempsey for lunch.

The journey home is normally to stay overnight at Taree on Sunday and back to Bris on Monday. This year a few of us are going to Bathurst on the Monday, staying overnight then heading home with a stop over at Tamworth on Tuesday night.

May be able to arrive there at that time from here, was thinking we might leave Thursday.

Coming back not sure yet, definitely doing the bathurst thing.

I will just go with the flow but it all sounds good to me and as of last nigh i have wifies permission to go yay I just have to be sure not to let Bomber be a bad influence on me

I think there are plans to hang in Sidney Tuesday night with a forum member who may or may not be throwing an epic BBQ and head back Wednesday if that suits you Cruiza.

Geeze Im on the ball, I only just noticed this post Nathan. You can certainly drive down on Club Rego, I am !! As for a fuel guzzler, yep Im in that boat as well.
