I have modified the gearbox crossmember in my torana to fit up to a celica gearbox and even after measuring it atleast six times before I drilled the first hole the gearbox sit to one side, the mount is in the dead centre so is the chassis off to one side or is the tunnel not in the centre of the chassis on my car.

The engine and tunnel probably aren't in the centre

or the holes on the G-Box are not in the centre, best to line the box up 1st with it bolted to the engine then take your measurments

I found another crossmember and measured the factory slots they seam to be 3 mm off to one side, I can fix this with the mount will just slot the holes and move the box over.
