Fantastic but busy weekend at a great little track. Its amazing how a town like Warwick can support motor racing so effectively and Sydney closes stuff down.

Couple of reasonably big accidents unfortunately, nobody badly hurt but at least two cars completely destroyed. One was a significant Mini Sports Sedan driven by Bob Holden years ago. The other was a perfectly turned out Mazda RX4 which left the dummy grid in one piece and came back in a bucket. Sad.

Good news is that we got Best Presented Car (awarded by the Group C guys) and first Group C based on points from the three races - and most importantly the car came back with no mechanical issues and very little panel damage. All looking good for Muscle Car Masters.

Would have been good to meet you in person Rory. Maybe next year?

I can't speak highly enough of the track, the organisation of the whole meeting, and the Group A/C guys. Oh, and of my mate Chuck.

Told him that the organisors needed to identify the 'car controller' so gave him the chinese winch protection vest with a slight modification. Couldn't believe when he thought we were fair dinkum!!

Classic weekend with a bunch of good blokes. Even had my 10 year old nephew there who can name EVERY car by year and model. Teach 'em early I say :-)

Video from inside the STP Commondoor. Magic sounds.

Watch for the credits where I get identified as "silicone technician". Something to do with my love of Armorall :P

More like on an electronic warning from the engine builder :P I think its called a 'rev limiter'.

By the way, your car absolutely flies!!! We spoke about it after the race and the video shows it clearly how well your car goes.

Will come and say g'day at MCM.

craig , thats the best the hatch has ever gone , we recently spent weeks on the dyno changing camshafts , jets etc to find a nice torque curve , it still produces the same 410 hp but the torque is better than ever . i think the rev limiter is a wise move , i have buzzed mine to over 7500 a couple of times , they dont like it ..
by the way eddy is a bloody good little steerer , i,m envious !!! look forward to catching up ..
