Time to start in the hatch area , never could get a spare in so had to sort it all out so i could fit the battery and a spare and still get the cover over it all . Just post the start of it and ill sort a few more pics out later, also had to move the temp mounted filter :)

Jesus i hope you didn't paint over Brocky's signature! Apart from that the interior's come up beautiful. I love the trimming inside the boot. How long did you spend on that?

Cheers Mick, i spent about a day on the back area, what you see in the pics was just slapped on quickly to get a look at whether i liked the colour or not , hard to tell with one little piece so had to cover a few decent pieces, once i was happy with the change it took a day to do the whole back area not including the battery area. The rear wheel arches where dont by a local trimmer as it had to be sewed and im not much good with sewign , he also did the console. The whole interior change only cost around $500 bucks. $130 roof lining (not fitted), $120 cover console and about $80 for the rear arches. The rest was timber and material. See the next posts for the hatch area when i finished with the design on that .

Also the brock signature was kept and i used all different dash parts. It was done before his passing but i thought just incase i dont get him to sign another ill keep it...

The plan for my hatch was to fit the traditional black and grey interior. But after seeing your pics, I've got all sorts of crazy ideas in my head! If my torrie ever looks half as cool as that, I won't get out of it. I'll live there :) excellent job

ps. I just saved your last pic for a wallpaper on my iPhone.

nah... No white. It looks good in other peoples cars, but not mine. I'm a grubby welder. YUK! It would be black and brown in 15 minutes :)

One question, what's the go with the battery? Do sealed batteries not need to be vented to the outside of the car? Or is it vented, and how? Thanks :)
