That would be great I need to know what the torque and the sequence of the bolts are.
Thanks

Yella broke out of the shed this morning with the new manifold in place, and no smoke!!!

In the order of the gaskets, I'd do ones up the sides first, then do the front and back. Just seemed to work out better when I did it that way. I also cut up some 8mm steel bar and made some dowels. Worked a treat.

25-30 lb/ft of torque. Pretend the carbie holes in the middle are the centre and work out in an ever increasing circle.

Not yet Terry the new gaskets I got don't look right either and they tell me there the only 2 types at Robbo's so I will try another store and see what they say or find the part number to make sure I have the right ones.
Cheers

Yeah you have to be careful, there are 4 different heads and alot of makers only do universal gaskets.

Post up a picture of what you ended up with this time.

When I said I wanted the the U shape cut in the middle hole I was told to cut it out myself, since all the other parts I order were wrong I decided to not worry about it and will go some where else.

That looks like it will do the job if you can not get anything better, it will blow out the gasket if you do not cut it out tho.
If you get stuck with these ones then cut it to suit.
