is there any difference between blue/black and red cranks at the end where the flywheel attaches too,i was sure there was, as one time had to change everything to blue (flywheel clutch ect) someone told me they bolted a blue flywheel to a red motor, now im just confused.
anyone know ??

A Red 6 flywheel/flexplate will bolt straight up to a Blue 6 crank and vice versa. The main difference is the counterweights.

red six I believe uses 9 counterwieghts... Blue/Black uses 12... The Blue/black I'd imagine are smaller, but there are more of them... :P
