The alloy piston would expand more than the bore with heat - Maybe cool it down or a big press if you can get to it from both sides.

acually the idea is to heat it to a "dull" (i think) red
then pour water on it asap
it expands and contracts quickly
causing the seal the rust has formed to "break"

You still use your magneto/coil combo and it works fine, but no more point gap to set or burn out on you.

I'm going to try and put an engine together tonight just depends what the dentist does this afternoon, then i need to bolt it to something so i can start it! I need an exhaust made for it too.... Did someone say MEGAFONE?
